GUARANTEE

All of our jewellery items are guaranteed for two years.

The guarantee does not cover usual wear and tear, items that have been damaged by the wearer, items not used for their intended purpose and items that have been intentionally altered.

If an item needs repairing, you must be send an e-mail for eshop@moilou.com accompanied by proof of purchase, damaged product image and a description of the problem. We will contact you shortly.

The cost of sending the parts to the atelier is the customer's responsability. Return of finished parts is MOI LOU resposability.
