TAKE CARE OF YOUR JEWELRY  

Our pieces are precious jewels crafted in 925 Sterling Silver. Our gold jewelery is made of sterling silver with an 18K gold plating and requires some attention to retain its original quality. They don´t cause allergies.

As long as they are cared for correctly, they pass through several generations. Oxidation may occur but they can be cleaned and always return to their original state.

All stones that we use are natural, semi-precious stones, meaning that their colour and shape may vary.

Keep your jewellery looking beautiful for years to come by following the top tips from our care guide:

  • Avoid the contact with chemicals and cleaning products, perfumes and lotions.
  • We recommend taking it off before going to bed, showering, swimming and doing any physical activity.
  • Use a specific jewelry cleaning cloth to gently polish the pieces and remove dirt, dust and tarnish.
  • Store your jewelry in a original box or a jewelry box.
  • Avoid tangled necklaces by leaving the clasp on the outside of the pouch when closing it.

REFUND POLICY

Exchanges and Returns

We accept exchanges and returns within a maximum period of 14 working days, after the date of receipt of the order.

Items must be in the condition as they were sold and accompanied by the respective invoice, packaging and any other elements that are part of the shipment

There are no exchanges or returns on personalized items or items that have been altered, used or damaged in any way due to misuse.

In online exchanges, the customer sends the part they want to exchange to our studio and we send the new part. MOI LOU offers shipping costs for the exchanged part.

For returns, shipping costs are borne by the customer. We advise that items are sent to us by courier or registered mail. The amount relating to a return will be refunded using the same payment method as the purchase (wherever possible).

Exchanges

Once the item has arrived at our studio, we will check its status and we will contact you via email to inform you if the item you chose to exchange is available.

If we see that you have chosen an item of higher value, we will send you our IBAN to pay the difference in value between items. You must send proof of payment to eshop@moilou.com

 

Returns

As soon as the item arrives at our studio and everything is in accordance with quality control, we will contact you to refund the amount.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

 

Promotions

Items purchased on sale will be returned at the sale price.

 

How to make exchanges or returns

You must send an email to eshop@moilou.com with the reference of the item you wish to exchange or return.

If it is an exchange, you must send the reference of the new item you intend to exchange. If you made the payment via ATM, I will send you your IBAN.

After a response from MOI LOU, you must send the part together with the invoice by mail. The cost of shipping costs is the responsibility of the customer.

As soon as we process the order, the new item will be sent to the same address previously indicated.

 

Cancellation

The customer may cancel their order at any time until it is shipped, with the right to a refund of all amounts paid.
